Visited on 2nd Nov before Volbeat. Two adults & three kids. Great choice of "local" food. We were served very quickly. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Table staff were extremely helpful in locating an extra chair for us when we asked & in removing the empty plates, waiting until we were all finished.

The Henkelmännchen is an ideal meeting point before events in the arena. It offers a relaxed atmosphere to meet up with friends and acquaintances and get in the mood for the experience ahead.
I chose the event buffet for 38 euros, which included starters, main courses, desserts and various drinks. The selection of food and drinks was solid and provided a good foundation for the evening.
The service was friendly and efficient, which was particularly positive given the often busy hustle and bustle in the arena before events.
Overall, my visit to Henkelmännchen was a pleasant experience. It's a convenient place to meet before an event without having to look too far away. If you're looking for an easy way to get in the mood for an upcoming event, the Henkelmännchen is a good option.
I didn't like it that much.
The food is good home cooking, I didn't find anything bad but nothing exceptional either.
The dining room was too big for me.
Way too crowded.
The service was good, unfortunately the glasses were touched on the rim with their hands. But I told you straight away.
It's great for children as there is a supervised children's corner.
Highly recommended for people who like brunch and lots of food, but if you prefer something quieter and more personal it's nothing.
We were invited to a really good brunch. Good selection of food and everything was plentiful! The atmosphere resembles that of a canteen, because it probably is one! Drink service good and quick.
